### Description

When you encounter error OH-Jama-0020, then following error message will appear:\
**OH-Jama-0020** Error occurred because filter does not exist with name: `<Filter ID>`, Please create filter with the same name.

### Cause

Probable cause for this issue is:\
The error is usually thrown when the filter which has been used in the Criteria Configuration section of <code class="expression">space.vars.SITENAME</code> does not exist.

### Solution

To resolve this kindly use the correct filter id of the Jama filter in the Criteria Configuration section of <code class="expression">space.vars.SITENAME</code>.
